FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Can I pay my bill online?

    Yes you can pay online! Click the pay online line in our navigation menu up top and you will be directed to our payment portal.


    You can also submit payment by calling us or visiting our office. We take cash, checks and all major forms of credit card.

  • Do you have auto-billing?

    Yes we we do! Please call the Space Place Self Storage office at (910) 577-5555 to set up auto-billing.

  • Does Space Place Self Storage provide a lock?

    No we don’t. For your privacy, you will need to provide your own lock. We also don’t require a copy of the key.

  • Who provides our pin gate code?

    For your privacy, you will make your own pin gate code.
